Aw yeah, y'all! Got a good one for ya today....
But first, here's a quick refresher on what HIGH SPEED HEALTH cooking is all about. I'm a decent cook, but by no means is my cooking FANCY. I specialize in cooking tasty, healthy meals that are cooked (and cleaned) in less than 20 minutes. I appreciate good food as much as the next guy, but I minimize my time in the kitchen the best I can. I got other sh*t to do! Haha.
There's one other main reason behind the HSH cooking philosophy. I've lived by myself for the last 13 years, so all my meals are perfect for one person. I know how people love making excuses about how difficult it is to cook for one person!
All that said, here it is. This one clocked in at about 16 minutes total. If you LOVE to read, proceed to the bottom for instructions/recipe.....
Otherwise, check out this HOT "how to" video on my new YouTube channel, HighSpeedHealthTV.
P.S. If you like this video, make sure you subscribe to my YouTube channel. I've got a ton more videos on the way....
