Great Video on Ways to Increase Energy Levels

Alright y'all, I learned a ton from this video, courtesy of WellnessFX. 

Ever felt like sometimes you have endless energy and sometimes your energy runs out quickly?  Do you know why?

The video this article references has the answer to that.  The talk focuses on nutrition for endurance athletes, but it relates to all of us (athletes).....

Increasing energy levels is highly taken for granted.  People take approaches like drinking coffee, energy drinks, or high-carb meals before an athletic activity.  There are much more effective ways to increase energy, and they are usually less expensive....

You've got to check out the below link from The WellnessFx Team.  It features CEO Jim Kean interviewing Brian Mackenzie from Crossfit Endurance.  If you don't read their blog post, at least watch the video.  Trust me!

I'm a huge fan of Brian's.  I took the CFE running certification he put on a few years ago here in VA Beach.  He completely changed the game for me when it comes to running.  I used to hate it.  But just yesterday, I ACTUALLY ENJOYED running 2 miles with my Nike Sparq weight vest on.

Fueling your body properly is the most important element in self-maintenance and high human performance.  A person can train  every single day, but they'll never perform at premium levels unless they're eating healthier most of the time.
