I'm a huge fan of Brian's. I took the CFE running certification he put on a few years ago here in VA Beach. He completely changed the game for me when it comes to running. I used to hate it. But just yesterday, I ACTUALLY ENJOYED running 2 miles with my Nike Sparq weight vest on.
