I've ALWAYS believed in this project ever since day one. Every day since then, I've had a hard-headed, stubborn persistence to believe that I would be successful AND make the world a better place.
BUT! I never imagined my manuscript would get picked up by a traditional publishing company before I even get a large platform of followers established.
UNREAL! It's a very gratifying and surreal feeling to get accepted into a program like this. It's almost like the daze I was in after I hit my first homerun at 11 years old. There's still a ton of work to be done, but this is a HUGE hurdle that HIGH SPEED HEALTH has made it over. More info to come soon......
In the meantime, thought I'd show a picture of a new meal I cooked for the first time today. Ingredients and cooking directions below.....

Fried Egg Pizza - Total Prep Time Less Than 5 Minutes
The crust isn't crust, it's actually 2 fried eggs! I know, sounds weird. Hear me out, it tastes great....
What you'll need:
Olive oil
2 organic, cage free, brown eggs
Sea salt
Organic Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
Shredded cheese
Turkey pepperoni
Directions:
1. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a small frying pan.
2. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees with an empty pizza pan inside it.
3. Add 2 organic, cage free, brown eggs to the frying pan. As soon as they're cooked enough to flip, FLIP IT! As soon as the second side is cooked enough to slide off the pan, proceed to step 4.
4. Remove from heat and add a small amount of sea salt.
5. Spread a thin layer of organic tomato basil pasta sauce.
6. Add shredded cheese.
7. Add turkey pepperoni (which is much leaner and has less saturated fat than regular pepperoni).
8. Place the "pizza" on the pan inside the oven.
9. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
10. ENJOY! You'll like it!
Take care,
Todd Bowen
