I've said it before, High Speed Health is on its way up! Fast! Thanks to everyone for all the support, inspiration, constructive criticism, love, and hate (haters need love too! they're pure motivation :D not to mention comedy!!)
Last weekend, I took a 3 day course on how to effectively build an online business. Stay tuned for tons of more free, quality content. I'm going to start doing webinars that include Powerpoints and chat sessions (so attendees can share thoughts and ask questions). I'm also creating a HIGH SPEED HEALTH TV channel on YouTube.
Oh and I re-did my entire website earlier this week. Check check check check it out.....
