Do you suffer from nagging, chronic pain that no doctor can figure out how to fix?
Coming soon! The updated version of my book.....
As young children are in their first few years of life, they are very functional in everything they do. They instinctively stand, walk, run, even squat with perfect form. Some of these kids are so young, they can't even talk yet. My point is....they're way too young to understand instruction on how to do these things correctly.
That said, why are we (as adults) so broken and beaten? Poor running technique, too many reps, not enough stretching, too much caffeine, not drinking enough water, sitting for long periods of time, etc etc etc. These are all reasons for our physical downfall as adults. They cause repetitive strain injuries like excruciating tendinitis, joint pain, inflammation, and susceptibility of muscle strains.
Some people wake up with pain every day, regardless of how much (or little) activity they did the day before. There are many reasons this happens. Most of them are taken for granted and can be avoided with minor changes into your everyday life.
We’re desk jockeys living in a rat race. Sitting at a desk and repetitive strain injuries will take a major toll on our existence. But that’s only if we let it!

I wrote this guide with the intention of teaching people how to take more responsibility for their own bodies. I want them to wake up feeling pain-free, energized, flexible, fast, and strong every day. I wrote it with the most basic, non-medical terms possible so any athlete can understand them. I got tired of waiting for weeks at a time to get an appointment with a doctor or specialist, only to spend 10 minutes with him/her telling me a bunch of medical terms that made my head spin. I got tired of spending thousands of dollars to see multiple physical therapists who had no idea where to begin finding the sources of my pain. I finally realized the only person that was going to figure this out was me.
HIGH SPEED HEALTH will give you a shocking perception of how badly we are destroying our bodies every day. Then, we'll attack the pain with creative, yet fundamental ways of healing and self-maintenance. Finally, the focus of the book will shift to preventing future injuries (by becoming an all-around healthier person).
The book will also help with:
- Promoting muscle health throughout your body
- Increasing range of motion
- Improving posture
- Improving flexibility
The human body was not designed to sit. It was designed to move fluently and painlessly with a full range of motion. Repetitive strain injuries are nasty, stubborn animals. They can be beaten if we take an effective, well-thought-out approach against them.
I've been an athlete all my life, but the most destructive thing I've ever done to my body was sit at a desk full-time.
The average part-time athlete probably trains no more than 10 hours a week. That sounds healthy, but what steps are taken to live a healthy lifestyle the other 158 hours in the week?
This book doesn't focus on providing info for athletes during exercise. It takes a unique approach on how to improve quality of life and physique during those other 158 hours. The solution lies in inexpensive self-maintenance and making small, open-minded changes to your everyday life. I used all these ways to be healthier to stretch muscles, treat tendinitis, and self-heal my injuries.
My mission is to provide quick and direct info that will help you learn how to heal pain and prevent injuries. We've become stagnant and complacent desk jockeys in today’s rat race. I’m 100% confident that HIGH SPEED HEALTH will make the world a healthier, happier, and better place.
P.S. If you know anyone who sits at a desk,
suffers from chronic and nagging pain,
yet doesn't know where to begin to fix it,
forward them this link for me.
